Non-disclosure Agreement

By joining Nine to Five Alpha test you understand and agree to the following non-disclosure agreement (NDA) terms: 

Do not capture or publish gameplay content, screenshots, or videos 

Do not make copies of the game 

Do not reverse engineer the game or mess around with the code 

Do not live stream from the online Alpha test sessions 

Any breach of the NDA will result in the banning of the account from all present and future Redhill Games live phases, including but not limited to technical test servers, alphas, and betas and may have legal consequences.
