Nine to Five has an in-game Marketplace, which allows you to purchase weapons, armors, visuals, and bundles using in-game currency as well as using real money to buy Platinum - in-game premium currency. 

Please note that all purchases are final, and there are currently no refunds available.

Also, please consider it might take some time for purchases to be credited to your account, so please wait a while, and try restarting the game. If your purchase after that is not available on your account, please contact our support here: link.

Real money purchases 

All real money purchases are handled by Valve (on Steam) and Google (on Stadia). If you need assistance with making real money purchases, please reach out to:

In-game purchases 

If you encounter any issues with the bundle purchases made with Platinum or item purchases with Credits in the game, please reach out to our support.
