Does the game have skill-based matchmaking?

We don't have skill-based matchmaking at this time.

Does the game uses any anti cheat?

Yes, we use Easy Anti-Cheat.

Platforms

Is the game coming to the consoles (XBOX, PlayStation 4/5)?

With leaving the Early Access and recent full release we are fully focused on delivering the best possible experience on PC. We will review the console ports in the future. For close to console experience you may try Nine to Five via available cloud gaming services.

Is the game available on GeForce Now or Google Stadia?

Yes! Nine to Five is available both on GeForce Now and Google Stadia.

Is it possible to play Nine to Five on Linux?

Currently we are fully focused on the Windows and Stadia versions of the game, we will review the possibilities after the game release.

Future Plans

What are the plans after the release?

We will continue to polish the game and work on new content in the form of new events, equipment and game modes.

What is the patch schedule?

We aim to release updates once per month.

Is there a plans for ranked system? Are there any plans to make the game competitive / eSport?

Originally Nine to Five was not designed for an eSport. We do have some plans for introducing more competitive systems for the game. We will share more at a later date.

Every now and then we host tournaments for our community - join our Discord and follow our Social Media, so you don’t miss it!

Are there any plans for APAC/OCE/South America servers?

Yes, we're considering possibility of adding more servers in the future.

Will there be a global text chat?

Currently it is not in the plans. At the moment our Discord serves that purpose for our great community. Feel free to join and talk to other Nine to Five players: link

Are you planning to add shooting range?

This is something that we have received a lot of requests on. Currently focus is on the core gameplay, but this might appear later.

I've found a bug, how do I report it?

Please submit report to our Support here.

How can I report a player?

You can use our in-game reporting system: it’s available at the end of each stage and the end of the shift at the Performance Review screen (you can select opponent teams by clicking on them) or on your friend list. Simply click on the 3 dots next to the player's name and press “Report a player”.

You can always submit a report to our Support here. We recommend that way, especially if you have any footage to share. 

When time the Support works? Is someone going to reply to my request?

Support is working 24/7 and will answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Depending on the amount of the requests or their complexity the response time may be prolonged.

Is there a way to use same account as in previous tests (Alpha, Beta etc.)?

If you played in Early Access your progression will be continued in the full release. 

If you played previous versions (e.g. Alpha) and skipped Early Access entirely, you should create a fresh account. However, if you were participating in the previous tests, you may be rewarded. More details in here: Friends & Family, Alpha and Beta Weekend 1 Rewards

Can you change your in-game name?

There is no such option in-game, however you can reach out to our support here and they will fix it for you.

Content Creators Program

What does it mean "Regularly create and upload quality content."? Is once per week enough?

Once per week is enough, we don't have a clear demand, but actively creating content is what we are looking for. We understand that each content type is different, creating edited videos will take longer, while some can stream the game every day. If you still have doubts, better try submitting to the program - it will be easier for us to elaborate when we actually see your work.

Is it necessary to make content in English?

Not at all, all the languages are welcome!

Where I can get some graphic assets for streaming/videos (logo etc.)?

Current assets can be found: https://www.ninetofive.game/press/. We will be adding more soon.
